-I am listing this for a friend, as the car belongs to him, but however, it did pass thru my hands to him, back in 2007. anyways, it's Black on Black, and has 182k miles on it. I bought it in the summer of 2007, sitting on the roadside in Dallas, Ga. they had put a new timing belt on it, but couldn't get it to run again. the price was reasonable, and if ur thinking of what the problem was, as I was, yes, after a small teardown, it was out of time. re-did everything and she fired right off. however, there was a little more trouble. the tranny would not shift into drive or OD. It needed a couple of shift solenoids, and after two new ones a couple of days later, it was fine. Also, before I sold it, I replace both the plugs, plug wires, and drive belt. All Ford. looks to still be the same ones. Also has a newer IAC valve that was on it when I got it, and the new style Ford DPFE sensor. Forward to the present. the car has developed some kind of tranny problem again. the guy says its losing tranny fluid and wont pull. I have had very little contact with him till this, and I have not looked at it in any way, shape or form. he ask me to help him sell it, as he does not want to spend any more money on it. He went to work at the Honda plant in Lincoln, Al and bought himself a pickup. Hence, car is up for sale. Here is what I do know. after I got the car running, everything was working. I had it painted before I sold it to him. i know he kept it up and drove it till the tranny thing took it off the road this year. i know he put a new shift cable on it(Ford, i got it for him), he put a new starter on it, and a new fuel pump(Ford). the battery is about a year old Advance or Auto-Zone brand. car will run, but since the tranny thing, he has not moved it, so i cant say it will drive. He works 3rd shift so its hard to meet up with him on things. it does have 4 almost new Firestone FR380 tires on it. looked like some of the storms we had early this year made some hail divots on the roof/hood. but they're hard to see unless the light is right. the interior is typical black leather. cracking and hard as a rock for its age. i'll take credit for the place in the back seat when i got him the shift cable. put my knee into it reaching across. You can see the windshield mldg coming out in the passenger side, but it has not affected anything. otherwords, no leaks.... Door panels are nice, but the leather is hideous. dash has the bad spot on RH corner, couple AC vents broken, but everything is there. it's a decent old southern car(DSO 21).Would make a good driver or for parts if wanted. he just wants to get it out of the yard. He is asking $600 or a good offer. it should clean up well. The car is local to me so any questions, you can just direct at me and i will get in touch with him and get them answered if I cant. thanks!

-this is the car as it was when i bought it in 2007.........

So it wouldn't drive on it's own to Atlanta I take it?

-Denny, idk. couldn't be 100% sure. he did drive it and was driving when he parked it, according to his words. but he knew it had a problem, but as he stated, he's no mechanic. he didn't tell me about it until i saw him in his truck and asked him about the SHO. he was going to get it looked at and fixed, then decided against it and then ask me to help him sell it. being as it has been only a southern car and is black on black, i told him i would as i thought someone on here might be interested. he has not moved it he said since he parked it. it may or may not drive. that's just why i suggested towing it.......

Yeah I'd be interested in hoarding it simply for the 93 console, steering wheel and a good rear bumper (mine's cracked and would be easy to just swap it over rather than having a spare bumper prepped and painted). Problem is, I have no place to hoard it at!
