Sam and Ashley have one, haven't seen it yet but it looks nice in pictures. I'm sure that 89shoman666 dude has a couple since he's a boosted SHO hoarder :biggrin:

Just a quick question, whatever happened to the hd gearset you were trying to get people to buy? Are SHOMurph and crew still around?

One more still kickin' here. Got a few new toys (17x9 wheels, suspension, slot MAF, bigger BOV) for the car for after Winter. Also looking to switch over to running ShockProof in the trans in hopes to make it last a bit longer.

It can be. It's supposed to stick to the gears and provide a cusion. Fluid friction is much lower than its film strength. I was recommended by Gary Morrell to run 2 parts lightweight and 1 part superlight. I'll do that with whatever Mobil1 that doesn't drain out of the transmission.

Is Russ Kramer still around Tony? I hadn't seen him post in months on either site.

texantony? Never heard of ya. You sure you are making enough power to be breaking your transmission? We need pics of your setup or we are calling shenanigans.

I call shenanigans. Supercharged shos dont make enough power to break transmissions, only turboz do.

We run the shock proof in one of our drag cars.
It helps with shearing ring and pinion teeth off.

I was wondering this as well. I was working on marying one of his daughters!:angelnot: He also had a blower for me.

last I checked, you dont need a blower to make the gear box 'splode. it helps but it aint necessary.

True dat! I use slicks and naws!!!

Yea he bought my 89 from me and was a super nice guy. Kind of worried about him. After I posted that I looked and he hasnt been on here or the Texas site in a couple years. Hope he is doing alright.

To make it an official sho thread:
How many supercharged shos are still in operation?

Looks like an al-anon introduction.

So to keep the patern;
