'89 SHO - annoying clicking noise behind dash?

As title says, it sounds like there is a ****** off monkey behind my Climate Control beating a pair of drums or something for a good minute after I start the car. Also sounds like a solid clicking noise maybe controlled by the Climate Control? Has anyone had this happen? The air system also blows extremely warm air out of the vents only. I thought maybe these two problems are linked? Something isn't right.

Any help would be sweeeeeet! :cry:

BDA Blend door actuator, the gear is most likely bad. I hope it helps

Nooooooooooooooooooo! I don't want to drop down the dash. rant:

So that would be why it ONLY blows hot air huh? Something is stuck open, and the clicking noise is coming from whatever is resetting over and over while trying to close the blend door. Hrmmm.... Might as well throw a heater core in there while I'm at it. This sucks.
