Front turbo inlet pipe is done. More or less. Still needs wastegate and o2 sensor. Going to do pre turbo o2 sensor first and see if that’s fine.

Good work Andrew! Do you think you might have to wrap the exhaust ? It looks very close to where the oil filter will be.
At the very least all the exhaust will get wrapped. I’d like to get them all coated in Jet Hot or a similar coating AND wrapped. I wish I just polish them I love the shiny stainless and tig welds, kind of stinks to cover it all up but…not sure if just a coating would suffice. It’s really no closer than OEM downpipes I think though

Jet Hot has a shiny chrome’ish coating in the 1300. But, if you wanted the 2500 that’s when it gets the rough matte finish.

Wrapping works pretty well for heat. Is there any issue with holding moisture in non-arid environments? I hear rumblings about it every now and then but not sure if that is actually an issue.
I had wrap on a turbo/header on my old SVO. It was fine once I learned to never go to a drive thru car wash or drive in the rain. I suspect he probably won't do those things in this build.
Yeah I’ve read it can lead corrosion but not so much with stainless steel. Like @Majestic said, it won’t be driven in the rain or go through the car wash. I deleted the wipers and wiper motor/windshield washer tank. It might get rained on perhaps one day but not driven in it.

Not much going on this week. A few things were ordered and just came in. 2 J shaped pipes of 1.75”, 2 (1.75” bellows), 2 (2.25”) 45 angle sections, 1.75” silicone purge plugs and 2 Sparco Racing tow straps. One Sparco two strap will get added to the front and rear. Ready to be towed to, from or off the track. Plus it’ll look cool. All about style with some function.
In preparation for the turbine outlet fabrication I removed both front fenders.
Each exhaust will exit from each fender! Going to give this Bull some horns!! Something like this
Ben is coming back Monday. Going to get the rear turbine inlet done then start on the fenders exits I believe. Or the wastegates. And for maximum performance each wastegate will be completely divorced from the turbine outlet. So they’ll have their respective piping out of the fender too.

The outer layer mold of the newly designed trunk with no bow tie, no backup camera, no trim and no inner taillights is now ready for some “Chibin” fiber 
Progress. Manifolds to turbo pipes done. The meat of it anyway. All the sensors and stuff will be added at the end. Now is time for wastegates and turbo outlets through the fenders.
