no idea what that means. but thats the code

I hit the O/D switch during the goose test...wonder if that is what that means.

yeah, that code means the ECU didn't see you cycle the O/D switch when it expected you to. You have to do it virtually at the same time as you goose the throttle, apply the brake, and turn the steering wheel in both directions. Don't worry, you won't confuse the ECU.

If O/D works in your car, and the O/D button works in your car (i.e. hitting it will make it shift into 3rd), don't worry about it. You either did it at the wrong time or the computer's ********.
