60k Tools and Shims

Where and how much would it be just to rent the tools necesary to perform the maintenance on an ATX, also can I get the shims from the dealer?
I can get everthing else for cheap.

Don't quote me since I haven't been on their site in awhile, I think CincySHO rents their kit for 500 bucks including a 450 dollar core that they will give back, so total would equal 50 bucks.
