Well I started taking things apart to do the 60k service. I have a few questions.

1. What do I use to clean the outside of the intake? Will intake cleaner hurt the outside finish?

2. What is the spark plug gap supposed to be?

3. When I removed the intake runners I tore one of the gaskets (Not a rubber one). I ordered the felpro gasket kit on the 60k worksheet sdpatt wrote up, is that included in the kit?

4. I have seen valve gap worksheets on here before can someone email one to me? Maybe even the whole 60k process (even though I am already started) it might help a few more questions.

email me at [email protected]

Thanks,
Brandyn

You didn't need to disassemble the intake. Do you want the procedure for this work? YGM. The plug gap is printed on the decal on the radiator cover or the user's manual. The gap is .042" - .046".

You really need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader that is available for free at many locations on the web.
