Found my mystery intake leak, and after a quick trip to work at the dealer to polish off some old gasket, it runs like a champ!
Just like to say thank you to everyone that has helped over the last few weeks with my questions. It would not have been a possibility without people like scott and his spreadsheets and mark with his 60k video. and most importantly everyone else on here that answers the little questions that pop up along the journey.
Best of luck to everyone else and their SHO projects, and if anyone needs help in the buffalo area I can now provide some insight into the job!

But, I have so far replaced everything listed in my sig below. I will still need to do my valve adjustment, with some assistance from b1jetmech, who lives a few hours away from me within the next few weeks!! Besides that I should have my SHO back up and running around Monday--YES!!!! I can not wait, it has been a long three months of down time.
