If you plan of selling parts here your going to need to either do some sort of group buy or work out details with Beth on it.
Also I would be really interested in finding out how to make parts with 0 tolerance especally scince metal contracts and expands with temp. And where you can find bits at the same zero tolerance to make this happen?

the last 2 peices just for the ringed lip take over 10 passes to do in very small increments and the final 3 passes take off less matirial than half of a human hair each time. it is not all jobs that require 0 just those 2 and it took hours and hours to prefect. i dont want to make it sound like i just whiped them up it was alot of work of trial and error. Also im not selling parts yet just getting an idea of what people would want. no transactions in this thred. and it was intended on being mn local but it does not look like that is the case any more.

This.

I've been a machinist/fabricator/mechanical engineer my entire adult life. Everything has a tolerance, because proper engineering designs it that way.

Maybe an extremely tight tolerance, but 0 is unrealistic and damn near impossible.

Is there enough metal in the stock housings to get 44mm?

In typical SHOForum fashion, errybody wants something free. lol.

Sammy, good luck to you and the crew. Nice looking machines you have.

But don't ever, ever give anything away, even if it is for testing purposes.

Stock butterfly = 38mm
Bbb = 40mm

Stock butterflies are done at 40mm.

Very nice work, man. Thank you for doing this, no matter what... I wish you could do something with that intake to make it easily accept some kind of bolt-on supercharger(m-112).
