30* Back Cut Valves?

Hey all, I tried searching and didn't find much. But I was wondering if any one had tried a 30* back cut on the valves to increase CFM? Would this cause cam issues? Or timing issues? I'm in the process of rebuilding due to a spun rod bearing, and was wondering if this would be a good way to go?
