#2 while driving (mtx) say at 40mph or so and i goto shift or come to a stop the rpms will dip to 550 the oil light blink for a split sec and headlights will dim then the rpms go back to 900 and stay there like normal but wont do it if im in 4 gear and press in the clutch only any thing lower than 4 gear

#3 my speedo has a life of its own sometimes will jump all over the place 40kph to 80 to 50 to 100 and just keep jumping but doesnt do it all the time and then will be normal again for a while and then throws a fit again hahaha

1st one is your sensor most likely. I would replace it

2nd one does sound like a cam sensor (i would still do your rod bearings)

3rd one is your speedo cable.. Im not sure which one, but its one of them! :D

1. Order new oil level sensor from Ford deal ~$55

2. Do the idle reset procedure. Disconnect battery, headlight switch on. Wait 5 minutes. Headlights off. Re-connect battery. Start engine and immediately turn on high beam headlights and A/C full blast. Computer will reset idle. If it continues, TB and IAC may need cleaning.

3. Check speedo cables and lubricate.

does your climate control have a 'life of its own' too?
check the output of the Alt! May be too high or spike & will cause alll kinds of issues.
