I honestly haven't shipped anything but returns before

Its a good size, I'd say about the size of a 5 gallon bucket

The only trouble is I only saw driver side ones, and you have to cut a hole for the amplifiers in the SHO

I also saw some inserts that allow for a full size spare (no covers), they were in questionable condition though
