Started the front 60k today on my 93 atx and, while tearing everything apart, my tensioner ended up on the ground in more pieces then I intended. This car is my daily driver so I need to get her back up and running asap but am having quite the rough time tracking down a replacement tensioner. If anyone could point me towards where I may find one I would....well...I would be very happy and say THANK YOU! :)

How may I ask is it broken? The hydraulic piston must be compressed before reinstallation.

The spool that the tensioner pulley sits on broke into 3 pieces.

That's a first! :hail: I'd place a WTB in the classifieds ASAP. Someone is bound to have one.

With the title on this thread I assume he is speaking about the accessory belt tensioner, not the timing belt.

You might want to post a WTB ad in that section, I'm sure people have them laying around.

Quite right :)

Thanks to Yamaha V6 my new tensioner should be on its way soon! Now I can go work on the next problem, the cps screw that snapped off clean with the block, woohoo fun!
