This will be a rare item, as only 1993 had the revised steering wheel and also black interior, of which a mere 5050 were made. SHO steering wheels are leather-wrapped which are super-rare to find on normal Taurus, and I can't say I've ever seen a black interior on a normal wrecker Taurus.
You could refinish another color with SEM color coat for the plastics, and SEM classic coat for the leather, but that might need continued maintenance. Airbag cover painting is prohibited by shop documentation.
Airbag wiring connectors will also have to be spliced, and you might discover incompatibility in the airbag monitor. No idea about cruise compatibility.
The part No for a 1993 leather wrapped steering wheel is F1DZ3600K, but I have a suspicion that may be the old style's number, as it also shows for 92. This may be from the wheel being a mid-year change, but I don't have exact dates. F1DZ3600N is the same, but without leather.
Usually this type of code means that there are several last letters besides K, like -L -N etc that represent other colors. Then ones after N are colors without leather. Above, they have a list of several similar looking wheel numbers on their home page, that you might find from a dealer what the letter codes mean, and verify the year and design.
F4DZ3600C and other colors is 94-95 steering wheel, but may not have a black variant.
