2016+ I believe. But no if you don’t have it you have to replace the screen, the APIM module, wiring harness, usb ports, then do some stuff in Forscan to dial it in. There are some write-ups about it. The best way as I understand it is to source junkyard parts.
This is by FAR the best way to do it. I sourced a junkyard screen and APIM from a 2019 SHO with the same options as mine so, I did not even need ForScan. NaviUpgrade has some excellent guides on how to do it. I used their harness and trim plate. I got the hub part number and searched Google for the cheapest spot to get the OEM part. Used Car-Part to get the APIM and Screen. Got a GPS antenna from Amazon (cheap Chinese junk, I recommend either not getting a Navi APIM or getting the antenna that NaviUpgrade sells). All in, I was at about $250. That will get you to I believe Sync 3 version 3.3. To get Sync 3 version 3.4, I had to use CyanLabs to update it. It is also the easiest way to update maps and software from then on. Ford looks for a VIN to do the update and the VIN won't match anymore.

As far as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, that came out with 2017+ Sync 3. If you have a 2016 system or vehicle, you need to upgrade the software and possibly some hardware.

What do you guys keep your tire psi at 34?
Stock or custom size? Track or daily driver? Traction or mileage? The easy answer is to look at the door's sticker and stick to what the manufacturer suggests unless you have a reason to change it.
