Hello new member here, I have a misfiring at cruising speeds with a steady throttle. It doesn't happen under acceleration. No check engine light, 2015 with 52k mileage. Any help would be great.

Has the PTU fluid or spark plugs ever been serviced? Also, any change of fueling stations, esp if you live in a summer/winter gas region?

I am in a summer/winter gas region. I will change the plugs. I am planning on a tuner, should I go with a colder plug? And recommendations?

For plugs, go with what your tuner says to use. Motorcraft SP542 plugs are 1 range colder should you want to go that route.
