2014 harsh bump on initial drive

Hey there,

Anyone experience a harsh bump on first drive of the day in cold weather? I remember seeing it seemed to be in a TSB where there was a plastic piece allowing something to slip? I'm trying to find that so I can convince my dealer to finally fix.

Can't recall any messages for the 55 but in all reality with no Check engine light there is only three causes if reverse is not affected. The solenoid a valve in the valve body or a clutch fault.
