Yes you can. There are a few sensors you need to carry over from the 2010 to the 2013, and some clearance issues you have to address. But all in all, very doable. Ideally you should get a 2013+ engine that has composite/plastic valve covers already on it, as these will have addressed the oil burning issue.
Sweet. What kind of clearance issues? I just bought a 2013 police interceptor with only 37000 miles. The 2010 has been a pain. Had a cam break. Messed up the turbos. Got it going. Now smoking bad again. Runs like crap. So now we're putting this one in. Thanks for the information
