I bought a used 2010 SHO and one wheel does not match (same shape/size just a slightly different color/texture). SHO was driven by a Ford employee and I was told it came this way from the factory. Who knows. Anyway, the SHO price was right so I figured I would just buy the matching wheel this spring. I found out today that the dealer price on a new matching wheel is out of site. Any suggestions on where I can buy an OEM wheel or even a good used wheel to match? I believe the part number is ALY3818. The wheel I need is the lighter/smoother of the two 19 inch silver wheels. I think the slightly darker silver is called hyper silver (ALY3820) but I could be mistaken. I would also welcome the opportunity to send in my current non-matching wheel as a core (nothing wrong with it at all) for a discount on the matching wheel. PM me if you have any specific questions. Thanks in advance.

I can't remember the name of the company but I bet you can find it if you do a web search. But they are a mobile wheel refinishing specialist company. They will come to your place take the wheel off and refinish the wheel, it is meant to fix wheels that get damaged but I bet they would just repaint your wheel a lot cheaper then purchasing a new one. Sorry that I can't remember the company's name, I know they have a bunch of dealers all over the country.

have you checked ebay or craigslist? I see oem wheels being sold all the time on both. Check your dealers if they happen to have any dealer take offs (probably rare for a Taurus but you might get lucky.)

Checked eBay and found a couple dealers that have the wheels on their sites. However, when call for a price I am told "out of stock". Did not see any auctions for just one wheel when I looked but will keep checking. Will check Craig's list as well. Thanks.

Might be a good solution. I will do some searching for someone here in KC. Thanks.

MVPwheels in Michigan...I just got rims from them for a good price, should be mounting them tomorrow

These guys are on Ebay. Google them and give them a call because their website doesn't show everything.

If I had to replace one of mine I would get aftermarket. A pothole bent the inside of one of my wheels. If I didn't have road hazard it would have been almost a grand for an OEM replacement.
