13" brake maintenance

Hey all, as most of you know, I have a 95 with 13" brakes all aroiund and after a year, the center of the rotors are starting to get rusty and my "high temp" rear caliper paint has now started chipping off. doh As I am getting the car prepped for the summer, my agenda will be to get my new Kumho tires installed on the 17" SVT wheels, pull the brakes off, paint the calipers, clean up the rotors, etc. What do you guys recommend I do with the rotors? Someone mentioned getting them nickel plated. These are the rotors that come with the 13" BAER system (cross drilled/slottted) and zinc washed. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. I spray painted mine with high temperature grill paint. Rustoleum makes it in several colors...I went with silver.

Been to one track session and although everything got pretty dusty, it cleaned up very well and looke like new again.
