Try other dealers. The one I bought the car from gave me no cost break. I had to shop around and ask them to price match my internet pricing. This dealer did and now they'll get my future business.

That's the kind of stuff that made me buy less stuff from rock auto. I try and get local so I have a person to deal with. Plus on these cars I would get oem stuff if it wasn't more than I could (not would) spend.

I'm pretty sure the hose you have circled is the turbocharger bypass hose and the part circled is the turbocharger bypass valve

Yeah it is the Blow Off Valve. It makes the whoosh noise when you step off the gas. Venting to atmosphere is actually a modification most guys do.
