I had an alignment maybe 2 months ago, but I noticed yesterday, the the inside of my passenger tire is completely warn out (belt showing on the inside). What would cause this? I'm replacing the LCAs, bushings, tie rods, and strut rod receivers (replacing with adjustable) today. Maybe one of these things are warn out? I hit a pothole last weekend, and it looks like it bent the outer lip of the rim, but I don't think the tire would wear that much in 1 week.

Some combination of too much negative camber and not enough toe-in.

When you have it apart, check to make sure the wheel bearing is okay.

If you'd stop popping that up on one wheel, you'd probably be okay :)

Pothole bended my rim! I ordered some new ones today, and they'll be in on Friday....

So, I didn't replace my front bushings today, but I did get the rear done :).

Your lower ball joint may be toast. Grab the tire at the 8-oclock position on both sides of the tire and give it a god yank back and forth while the car is on a jack stand/lift. If it is bad, you will feel it move.

There is a popping noise coming from that side, so you just might be onto something. I have new LCAs that are being installed next weekend, but the car is down right now. Reason it's down? When replacing the bushings in the rear, I broke the rear bias valve, and now the caliper on the drivers side won't release. So, instead of dealing with fixing the arm, I'm just installing bias plugs.

Could be ball joints, but I would replace the inner tie-rods while your in there. Once they wear out you'll find it difficult to get a true alignment and typical symptoms are inner tire wear / excessive torque steer and poor tracking at speed.
