02 code from the climate control

This hapens to be a blend door problem(02)code.Does anyone have any insight as to how to fix this.My heater does not blow hot but the heater core is hot and the fan blows out the vents cold air of course.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news dude, but you need to dismantle the complete dashboard to get back there. The part is FODZ-19E616-A $ 53.99 from www.fordpartsnetwork.com, but the Ford shop book quotes it as 6 hours labor.

6 x $75 per hour = Holy Sh*t! eek!

ok i replaced the part but it still gives me the 02 code which ****** me off i work for 7 hours and i turn it on and all i get is pure heat and a 02 error what is the problem any clues

could this be an alternator thing or what could the problem be

i finaly fixed the problem and it was a $1.00 fuse that was blown i replaced it and it worked i feel like an idiot
