    a/c compressor not activating

When the max AC is turned on, the compressor does not "engage". I checked the fuse box and the fuse is good. Any thoughts as to why not? I have also wiggled to electrical connection at the compressor for possible bad contact.

ATX Rod Bearing Fun. (Not Really)

I'll third the timing belt. I just diagnosed that on my buddy's 93 ATX....flopping big time and made a similar to a rod knock sound, but the difference was it would smooth out. So, now to my question on this.....what outfit has a new tensioner as we need to buy one! I'll be searching right...

DPFE sensor question (Need to know)

Old and a goodie. I was getting code 337 after cleaning manifold egr ports thoroughly, so i tried to follow the guide here and noted some discrepancy for both my '03 and '04. Regarding electrical wires and colors, my middle wire on both cars is grey/red, bottom is brwn/white and top was well i...

Check Engine Light with EGR Error Code

OK, well i answered my own question....definately pull the pipe plugs and clean all egr ports. A 3/8 drive breaker bar with an 8mm allen socket using a firm steady pull will do the trick.

Check Engine Light with EGR Error Code

So is there any reason to pull the pipe plugs?? My bottom nostrils were plugged severely. I cleaned those up but did not pull the pipe plugs to get the visual confirmation all is perfect. I can shoot carb cleaner in the egr valve port and it will run out the nostrils readily, but i'm checking...
