sho interior VS normal taurus interior?

I am looking to replace my mocha interior with a black interior. besides the console, are there any differences or advantages/disadvantages to using a normal taurus headliner, door panels dash, etc? i exclude the seats from that list, obviously. finding a black taurus interior would seem...

Wheel clicking??

whenever i take a semi tight turn in my 93 mtx, i get a click click click click sound, relative to my speed, and the front left wheel feels.... loose is all that comes to mind. I was told that it may be a bad CV joint, but i dunno. any help????
