Might be the cam seal...

E-brake doesnt work, adjustments?
E-brake doesnt work.. It'll push down and engage but it wont hold the car. Are there any adjustments for it or known issues with them? Its a damn pain not having it and I'd like to get it working.- MusPuppis

Hard shifts.
Did a search and saw that post. That sounds alot like my problem but I wanted to run it by some folks. Intake bolt torque specs?
Put my intake on last night and got everything re-connected.. Having a little hose issue but I'll resolve that when I get out of school today. Intake runner boots.
So, three of the six runner boots (rubber peices on the intake that connect the runners to the secondarys) didnt survive being removed.. I was careful, they didnt care. Code re-hash, more thorough than before.
Sorry for making a new post, but I felt this warranted a new one instead of a continuation of the old. Ok, updated codes folks. Sorry for it being so long, just trying to be thorough. Ok, I officially took posession of the SHO (93 MTX) today. Drove it around some and put it through its paces.
