I just finished my install of springs and struts and i noticed that when I stepped on the brakes the pedal went further down than usual. Upon further investigation i noticed that when I pressed harder the car twists much like only the front right and back left brakes are functioning. I dont think its the master cylinder because the pedal doesnt slowly leak down to the floor. I NEED HELP

what year? I would look at air in the system, master, frozen caliper, and old failed hoses that look ok but fail on the inside of the rubber hose.

Since it showed up right after suspension installation, could a brake line have been damaged during that work? ABS sensor not connected?

My initial suspicion would also be a damaged or twisted brake hose, or a brake hose that is now damaged because it was twisted or kinked during the suspension work.

Does the pedal continue to feel like it travels further after subsequent presses as well? Does the car begin to roll off idle when the brake pedal is released, or does it seem like a brake or two might be failing to release?
