Try THIS fix for the rear windows...worked for me!
3 windows not working
My '99 SHO has 3 windows that do not operate. Driver window is fine. Passenger window is very, very slow, only moves about 0.5" then stops. Both rear door windows don't even move. When I try to use the window switch in both rear doors, I can see the dome light dim as if there is current draw...
