Crank Pulley Won't Align
The washer shaped peace is in place and I double checked that is facing the right direction. As I tighten the bolt it is definently hitting the timing belt and the crank pulley does not look like it is even half way on? I don't have any pictures yet but I will try to get some..:omg: :cry:- dl1972

Crank Pulley Won't Align
93 ATX 3.2 After installing a new serpintine belt I notice the crank pulley seemed to be pushed in rather far and the belt would not align properly. Something just did not look right. Also when I replaced the timing belt the mark on the belt that is suppose to line up with the crank sproket was one gear off to the right. All the gears were ligned up perfectly it is just the line on the belt near the crank shaft that was off. Not sure if this would be the root of the problem...- dl1972

Rear Cam Chain Knocking, How to Fix???
93 3.2 ATX After replacing the cps,water pump and timing belt I heard a knocking under the rear intake. After removing the intake and rear valve cover I turned the engine by hand and saw the cam chain appear to be tight and then loosen. No spark, sho dead for three weeks now
I have done a spark plug check and I am getting a spark. Also done fuel test. All fuses look good. Any other suggestions please..- dl1972

93 3.2 Original symptons, intermintently stalled, ran codes got 211. Replaced CPS gapped to .03,water pump, and timing belt. Through it back together no spark. Replaced DIS no spark. I did not replace the 2 cam sprockets nor did I remove the ground strap from the intake to the firewall...- dl1972

93 3.2 ATX Replacing timing belt and I did not do a good job marking it's original position. The phoenix project shows the a new belt that is marked and all you have to do is line it up with the marks on each of the sprokets. My question is does anyone no what belt has the marks on it.
