Original symptons, intermintently stalled, ran codes got 211.
Replaced CPS gapped to .03,water pump, and timing belt. Through it back together no spark.
Replaced DIS no spark.
I did not replace the 2 cam sprockets nor did I remove the ground strap from the intake to the firewall

While replacing my timing belt all three gears had been turned counterclockwise at one point or another in an effort to get the correct alignment for the timing.

1) In doing this have I caused damage to the engine?
2) Is it possible that my timing has jumped and I need to do it over or am I off track and the reason why there is no spark is related to something else? Please help

Make sure the bolts and bracket that hold the cross over tube on are good and clean as there a ground path for the DIS. Also the DIS requires the bottom screws to be in to make a ground. And when a new one is installed there should be heat sink compound placed behind it. Do you get any codes now?

Between the firewall and driver side strut tower, under the hood. There is a black cover which covers them up. I believe the IGN COIL fuse is one of the little red 10amp fuses beside each other.
