SHO Convention 2009 details!

If you are going to just see a lot of cars (non-SHO) then you made the right choice, if you want to see the most SHO's, you may want to reconsider.

The Convention is a lot more than the SHOw though, and being around so many people that share your love of this car makes it much more than any other event where we are just a tiny part of the event.

At the SHO Convention we ARE the event. Big difference. Smaller crowds, nicer people!

I put in for the time off, but I doubt that I'm going to be able to get it off.

That will cost me 200$ per day to have me replaced on my route. But its been 3 years without any vacations (due to the company) , so , the **** with it , im so there. Oh yea and thats without counting the room /expenses.

Im expecting this will cost 2k all around. I will reserve the room as soon as I got the confirmation of my replacement guy. This is gonna be great.

To all who are coming from west of me (tulsa, OK), we need to arrange a caravan! I am seriously considering driving the track car and pulling a small trailer, versus trailering the car (too slow, and a LOT more fuel). Would be great to finally be a part of a caravan. All of my previous Conventions have been solo journeys.

I put the time in at work, they are being meat heads lately about the amount of people that are off at one time. Hopefully things will work out. I am going to book a room soon anyway. Sounds like its going to be a great time.

taking the truck or the SHO? i'll be heading out of MN and hammering down I-90 to get there. wanna make it a convoy? i'm planning on leaving sunday morning around 9:30 and driving to PA, staying the night, and then driving up from PA the next day on monday.

Yes we have a something special for the person that makes both the Seattle and NH conventions. May have one for just NH, but if someone does both events and has the most points (miles, participation) combined, we will have something special.
