Wich is the best suspension set up?

go with suspension and some new tires. This will solve the spinning issue. The 3.2 could never spin second. Grant it, it always had a decent 245/40 summer tire on it.

Save the money and get koni's. Unless comfort is a big factor. Senstracs/eibach if you want a balance between price, comfort, better than stock handling.

If you can't tell whether it's the clutch slipping or one tire spinning I think you need to do some more diagnostics before you throw money at suspension upgrades.

Crappy tires can contribute to loss of traction. I don't think you've said yet whether the rpm goes up without the speedometer going up when this happens.

Does it happen in third gear as well?

Even if your bearings are slightly worn you'll see major losses in power and MPG.. they are VERY VERY tricky to find and even harder to replace..

you need to do some testing to see if your clutch is slipping or not. if it is not slipping you need to replace your worn out saggy rear end, and front tires.

thats all there really is to say this thread is pointless. people have posted strut and spring combo's like 5 billion times before.
