I read your post about your stereo not working also, I'd pull the alternator and have it bench tested. Maybe your alternator isn't putting out a consistent voltage.

While you're at it check all your fuses.

Checked my fuses and they are all good.. i just dont understand what in the world would make all the lights in the car get really bright everytime i pressed the gas i mean bright enough to blow em.. confusing me.. i didn't check the Alt but i did check the battery and it said it was pushing out 14.5 and if thats correct is that too much? anyway has anyone ever herd of this lights responding with the gas peddel type thing?

It's the alternator. When you press the gas the accessory belt spins faster producing more power from the alternator. It should never be enough to affect your electrical system the way it did though.

Here is some reading up to do on alternators and how they work.

Alternator. Specifically, the internal voltage regulator shit the bed. They are replaceable separately from the alternator itself, if you're so inclined.

Try revving the car up and testing the voltage.

I found when I was looking for an alternator that Napa actually had the cheapest alternator than all the other auto parts stores did at the time.

You will have to get an alternator from a 94 or 95 to fit yours. I'm not sure if it has to be a 3.2 alternator, but it might....
