Turbocharger Turbine

Does anyone have an idea about a turbocharger turbine that is good with a moderate price?
-Not top of the line
-Not the cheep/lame end of the line either.

Pricing about $1000-$1750 max.

This is going on a '92 MTX.

I can tell that is a Turbo Turbine with some modifications to it but how do those modifications help it any?

no, this was a very badly executed mod. The theory was to restrict flow through the exhaust side, thereby increasing velocity leading to faster spool up.

Unfortunately, there is little doubt that this would lead to catastrophic turbine failure, given the crappy workmanship.
