White wheels on a black on black?

Would white SHO wheels look good on a black on black SHO? Has anyone done it? Pictures?

The only reason I asked is because there is a set of 4 for sale near my house for only $100. No tires, but they don't look too shabby. Maybe paint them black?

stock wheels i myself would veer away but a nice thin 6 or 7 spoke i think would **** it.and just make sure your ready to beat some cars racing because it will to me have a aggresive look

im not that great on the computer,im not sure how to do links but the wheel i was thinking about was the enki,i think its the rx 6 or rs 6 i think its the rs 6

u could try BIG 'O Tires......not sure if u got one around u or not but tehy got a thing called a wheel wizard on their site and u can c what different wheels look like on different vehicles..........and yes believe it or not they have a SHO on there

Yeah they got those at Les Schwabs. I'm just not really looking to drop a grand into wheels right now.

I think white slicers would look great on a black gen2 just as long as you coordinate with other things such as white fill in decals for the sides and rear bumper, some white yamaha ovals to replace the old blue ovals front and rear and maybe some nice white yamaha tuning forks somewhere else to pull everything together . You will definately stand out because my friend did a similar color scheme on his MX3 and I didn't like it at first but it really grew on me as he started to match things up. Hey I had gold rims on my SHO for the longest and I though that everyone would hate them but surprisingly almosy everyone I met loved them with the exection of my brother because he likes chromes :woohoo:. I definately stood out and if my SHO were ever to be stolen it would be pretty easy to spot . Hey it is your car so do what you please.
