I'm only using a 3.2" pulley right now and I think I can get it in the 460whp range if I add some fuel up top and add timing with the water injection. I haven't done much tuning (to read NONE) since my dyno as most of my power is unusable (438whp) anyway. I am also venting boost at 15 PSI. Un-vented got 17 PSI at 8k RPM, however, it dropped fuel after 15 PSI as it was tuned with the limiting valve.
Those are good numbers and it may inspire me to throw some higher octane fuel in and get better numbers. My dyno was on 91 octane.
460wHP should be obtainable with a 3.2" pulley. My old 3.2L made 450+ wHP with a 3.28" Vortech Pulley (S-Trim).
BTW, it's not how much boost you make, it's how much air you can get into the engine. .... there are so many different restrictions, intake side and exhaust side.

I'm definatly still new to the whole forced induction scene, although you're "Turbo How To" makes me get all gigitty on the inside
Anyways this might change my plans a bit on how far i'm looking to go now. As you said in your 'how to'... have a plan first
But seriously you'll love the low altitude for your car. Here in DE wer're right at sea level & when it gets down into the 20's & 30's the power increase is VERY noticable!(Prob something like 20-25 HP on my car w/ bolt-ons) I'll let you do the math on yours & what you're capable of
