Well, it seems no one is stepping up, so I will get it started. This is all underhood mods, starting with the air filter and following all the way out the muffler (with electronic and fuel support at the end)

1990 SHO - 90mm LMAF > 3in mandrel bent MAF pipe > Turbonetics 62-1 turbo > custom FMIC 2.5" in/out > mandrel bent 2.5" IC pipe > 50mm TiAl BOV > BBB's > P+P runners > 3.2 JE 9:1 pistons > ceramic coated manifolds > 2.5" mandrel bent ceramic coated SS hot piping > TiAl 38mm WG > 2.5" mandrel bent ceramic coated SS DP > 3" x 8" SS flex pipe > 3" mandrel bent SS exhaust > 3"in 4"out Thermal muffler

Greddy Profec A EBC - Greddy Turbo timer - Tweecer R/T - upgraded FP - SHONUT HiFlow Fuel system - bored rails with 47.7 injectors - Magnecore Race wires - Autolite plugs

I think that is the bulk of it. Of course, there are a few gauges, lots of suspension/trans upgrades, etc/etc. Should have pics of the new setup soon, here is one from a few weeks ago.

Ill follow Tims format for my "stalled" M90 project.

From intake to exhaust:

1989 SHO - 80mm ProM MAF > 3" MAF pipe > Pre-blower Throttle-body > Gen 3 M90 Eaton Blower > 2.25 IC plumbing > custom FMIC 3" in/out > 2.25 IC plumbing to factory intake > removed secondary butterflies > stock 3.0 heads/block > 42lb Ford racing injectors > hand fabbed headers, 1.5" primaries to 2.5" collectors > 2.5" true duals

A few other fun items, but thats the gist of it.

HAHA, learn how to quote Mr Tony! BTW, a turbo SHO does not even need to be attached to wheels or a body to beat an SC'd SHO!

1994 ATX (green of course) PT67 turbo > mandral mild steel 2.5" IC piping > 50mm tial BOV > 80mm lincon maf > extrude hone intake > BBB's > 2" exhaust join to 2.5 > tial 38mm wastegate > 3" after turbo > splits to duel 2.5" for duel dynomax mufflers.

10lb spring in the wastegate seeing 8psi at the manifold. all that power currently goes through a FPS tranny, and stock axles. it still can't do a burnout  serously. damn tall gearing when it finishes with the 1-2 shift i'm at 60.

many pics can be seen on my turbo ATX thread below this

Heads by Paul did all of my machine work. Pat had them do the heads on his BMW because he had heard good things. I also heard things when I asked around, so I let them take care of all my machine work, including shot peening.

Mine's down and dirty - just a stock 3.0block with bigger injectors, long tube headers, true dual exhaust and a 6psi Vortech blower. 317hp at the wheels. No second mortage. Reliable as ****. 'nuf said.

Kurt,

You are not running with an intercooler, custom chip, or Tweecer. How about bigger injectors?

No tuning issues?

317 trouble free FWHP sounds like a lot of fun to me.

Jose,

Yes, I' running bigger injectors. No TWEECER - I had it dyno tuned by someone who had something similar to TWEECER. No intercooler. Sometimes it doesn't like to idle smoothly, but other than that, no drivability issues.
