Not really anything structural, just cosmetic. If you want to fix it properly it’ll need to be sanded/feathered and resprayed in that area, otherwise it’ll keep creeping. A lot of people just wrap or touch it up if they’re not going for a full respray.

You can remove the handle and get it repainted, that's what I would do
