I`m looking for a complete automatic serpentine belt tensioner for my ATX but don`t know a part number. Anyone know? Perhaps the same tensioner are used on other vehicles, which you could make a great deal on?

Ok seems to me like i found the correct part number which is F3DZ-6B209-A but that number is superseded YF1Z-6B209-AA. So i bought belt tensioner with YF1Z-6B209-AA part number through eBay. I will let you know once i get the item if it fits or not.

You don`t get these brand new? unless you can find them

You might find someone selling a new part, but they are probably resellers selling old dealership parts. These cars are older so finding parts is getting more difficult, at least SHO source still provides options.

I don't know where you are getting your information, but the tensioner for the ATX was never superceded. It was only used for three years. There was no reason to supercede it.

The correct part number was F3DZ-6B209-A but it's been obsolete for a long time.

The 3.0 Vulcan uses the YF1Z-6B209-AA which was superceded from F3DZ-6B209-"C"

Crap, seems to me like i was mislead when i searched for F3DZ-6B209-A online then. Can`t any other tensioners be used, albeit with a slight modification? From the pics it seems like YF1Z-6B209-AA are similar to original.

I guess you'll find out when it arrives, haha. If you can make it work, definitely let us know!
