Didn't call you a liar sir, I just said I haven't seen the logs that referenced 21.5 psi boost. I just look through both support tickets, one from September 2019 and another from January 2020, and none of the logs you sent ever had a spike that high. Hence why I said if I saw them I would gladly eat crow, but I haven't seen them and you loaded the tune up 5-6 months after the initial tuning process to send us another log out of the blue and I still struggle with why you did that when you claimed in September that you would never load it again and had deleted it off your handheld.
I stated I wouldn't load it after the base file correct. Then Luis sent me a file that was better so yes we logged more things were better. I got an opx file where my knock sensors read 0 at all times so I didn't load it again. Move ahead after the storm of being called hemophobic slurs to January. I loaded the tune to give a level headed feedback as I did and it says in the email.. I attempted to right an on going back and forth with good feedback. In that email you can read what I saw wrong. I moved forward amd this whole thing has 0 to do with me but I'm sure I ha e all the logs still where it spiked 22lbs on a base file but this all means 0 to me I just don't like being made to look like I lied to anyone. If you want the logs I'd be happy to go through and email them directly to you without issue.

Brad and Matt did a lot collaboration, a lot of tuners do behind the scenes. Both have proven tunes. I wonder who Ortiz collaborated with?

We've been collaborating with other tuners since 2007.
Any good Dad looks out for his community. You look out for a business and yourself. You have made that clear! You have implied you’re going to sue me, attacked my manhood, my fatherhood, my integrity. All because I brought up some of the dumb stuff you do to peoples car’s.

You could just apologize to the community and promise to be better ‍♂️.
What do I need to apologize for? Your slanderous post collaborating the negative things some customers have to say because they aren't wanting to do what we ask them to? If you have to apologize, you have regrets. We have no regrets. Have we grown since we joined the SHO community 4 years ago? Most definitely. Have we been reckless? Not at all.

You really need to understand tuning more before you can offer opinions on our tuning practices based on an isolated datalog. Take some classes with SCT and HPTuners, go shadow a tuner for the day, maybe intern for one so that you can see what goes on in a day, then maybe you can comment on what you THINK we are doing wrong.

That’s what people are doing, pointing out things you do wrong. For example, when you run into Torque Source 4, Luis changed RPM to 8000rpm limit rather than look at what’s causing that issue. Are you saying Changing the engine RPM limit to 8k without notifying the customer is wreckless or carefully working as intended.

To answer your question no one.. because he likes to do stuff himself.. your tuner also tried to help livernois with BPD's car. And we know how that turned out.. we can start pulling skeletons out of closets.. the fact is if Matt wanted to be better at tuning he would go to people better than him.. in a tuning standpoint matt and Luis tune very different one uses oem and just modifies it(matt) and then you have Luis who actually goes in and gets the most out of a car and does ot to each and every car that asks for it. You ever wonder why it takes 2 revisions with Matt and it takes many with Luis.. because Matt uses a pre-made file.. ( oh you have x,y,z here's your tune and just updates strategy and a few other vehicle specific things) where Luis has some templates but will work with you through it to get theax out of a car.. difference between making a customer happy and making money.

It’s hard to understand this but I am many revisions in on my car. GHT does sell a canned tune that is on its 900+ revision, he also does custom tuning like he has done with my car over the last year.

If you can't understand that then maybe you should go and join your kid in class and catch up on learning. You may ask a few on who and how I am.. you haven't even had a tune from Ortiz. You have been feed like a baby bird and trying to grow your wings and fly. Just know I can clip those wings.

Brandon, everybody knows who you are. You bought Curtis Haley’s magazine car. You talk how Ortiz is best tuna but you don’t have 1 track time or video that you can post.

Miss anything?

Oh boy..... Why don't we get the owner of that car in here to tell you what really happened. I'll tell you how the call went.... Me: Hey be careful with those injectors, you have to really crank the amperage up (which isn't decoded on the 10-12 pcms on hp tuners or sct) and keep pressure at 2500psi and below or they will fail to open at wot randomly. Them: We don't need your help, we've been tuning longer than you and know everything about these cars.

Would you call that a collaboration? I don't think so. Quite the contrary. If anyone is saying that I collaborated on that car has either been fed wrong information or is purposely trying to slander me. So who started this rumor so I can correct the record once and for all.

And you missed where I have had 4 tuners including but not limited to unleashed, GH, and Ortiz. UNLEASHED has been my favorite thus far. I ran the car twice at Muncie where Will S also runs. Went 11.7 and 11.9 had pretty good night rain came in early and test and tune was over.. about 3 weeks after that I left a job and started another job. Lost that job due to kids with big mouths and thinking they were big with a knife woke up from being unconscious and had ****** his pants.to my current job. Where I spend hours waiting on things to break so I can fix them. Now I don't get to the track much because I am on call 24/7. We can Continue..

Just think if you were one of t

That’s why I said it’s like a coin flip, some people get a working tune and others don’t. I’m glad your one of the folks that got a good tune but what about those who don’t. 8kshifts, 7kshifts, 6900rpm shifts, fuel pressure issues, none of these are caused by a persons driving style. Tuning style, yes.

Many people have been sold some wonky tunes and anytime it’s brought up people downplay it or worse. You’ll notice that none of the people that have SHO’s on the higher HP side or go to the track regularly run Ortiz. Within minutes of posting that video I linked people started contacting me sharing their messed up tuning experiences as well.

They have also lied straight to my face and the entire community when I brought up the 8k shift by denying or saying I was getting bad info from former customers. Even on this forum I was accused of “libel and slander” from an Ortiz employee who knew exactly what I was taking about when he made those accusations. That’s what prompted me to make that video. I would also like to note they have gone silent on this issue since the data log went public. Hmmmm.
I believe you are mistaken. I've owned my car for 7 years. It's literally made more passes down the track than you can imagine and I'd bet many more times than you've made passes in yours. People like you are why I gave up on this platform. My car runs 11's full weight, stock turbos, in the FL heat. I would literally have to quit running my car, and lucky for you, I have, for you to even catch the number of times I've ran my car at the track.

The facts are this. AJP, Ortiz, or Gearhead (yes I still recommend them to people, even if their nutswinging SSI style Army is just outright obnoxious.) are the only three tuners you should consider. I prefer Ortiz because Lee is an outstanding guy. GH makes cool parts. AJP is the king until he is deThroned and with the latest build between 802 and the KING HIMSELF coming back with that Big Single, I don't see anyone taking him down.

didn’t realize this was gonna start a war Lmao! For the record 95% of the stuff I found on Ortiz was all positive and to be honest personally I don’t know a damn one of you and I’m going to take everything from anyone with a grain of salt, the majority consensus puts the Gearhead guys at the top with anyone out there and haven’t found a single horror story here or elsewhere I’m going with them
Technically, AJP is King. GH makes good turbos if they're ever available. The intercooler is a waste of money, and you should just use meth. Ortiz has solid tunes and great customer support. AJP is KING, he breaks records.

This made me laugh. Thank you. I'm going back to playing with the new car. I hope you are doing well and smash any and all goals you're hoping to achieve in your land yacht.
Lemme gap that new 5.0 (it won’t let me put emojis but there is a laugh and set of eye balls)

Also an 8k shift has 1000 more rpms than a 7kshift. Not sure if you believe in binary tuning or not but numbers matter here!

You cry about 7000 rpm multiple times in this thread and at least once in your video. Words matter here!

I've personally done almost 100 pulls to 7000 rpm (well, technically more like 6800-6900). They include slow, low load pulls where I'm above 6000 rpm for 12 seconds at a time, max effort pulls with 100% WGDC, and everything in between. No hiccups yet. I'm So LuCkY i DiDn'T bLoW mY mOtOr! You're a bombastic *****, and you don't even know it.

I’ll be in Ohio at your track this year, we should meet up and race or just discuss our favorite tuners. Or this when Tyler turns into Sebastian… I’ll even autograph your dash if you ask nicely.
I don't live in Ohio. But if you wanna come up to Michigan I'll tell ya what... If you're willing to put all the weight back in and tune your car yourself like I do, I'll let you come show me what you're made of! Full bolt on vs zero bolt on! I'm not scared. The man makes the car, not the parts. You're nothing.

I was getting ready to say this. We've got Dunning-Kruger Effect to the 11th degree going on here.

Challenge accepted, will you come out to the SHOOTOUT it’s not too far. Much farther for me than you.

For one race I will run my own tune and put all the weight back in my car.

Can’t wait to meet you in person!
