Oil on intake attachment?

Noticed a bit of oil residue attached to something on the intake pipe. Is this normal or a concern?

I read some things that say it may be part of a boost leak? Or at least the oil is a symptom

Not on that side. It's still part of the suckie side, not the boostie side.
