Cheap, because old tech, as bad as the RE92 and GY RSA that Ford used to use, and Dodge still used as recently as 2019.
Bought my (used) car with brand new 555G2s on the front, which were not run in the winter. At just under 15k miles, they were not quite half worn. They were getting noisy, and were heat-cycled out as the PittRace Track Day at the 2020 SHO Convention had the front end washing out. Ran Gingerman 3 months earlier, without that issue. I changed rotors & pads after PittRace. Then went on my usual midnight brake bedding excursion, and the tires were slipping and engaging abs. Garbage.
They act exactly like the same 90s tech RSAs.
