Ford Warranty Experience

I dropped my car off to the dealer on Saturday because I had no boost. I never got white smoke, shaking, stuttering, nothing like that so I assumed there was a leak somewhere. I checked over all the piping and did some tests for a few hours before deciding to use the warranty I've been paying for. Now it's Friday and I've spoke to the service advisor a few times between now and then but they have no clue whats wrong and they don't want to get down and dirty with the turbos. I was asked yesterday if I race the car and I gave the right answer but he just said they were gonna change which tech was working it. Has anyone had turbos replaced through warranty? I'm just trying to figure out how I need to deal with these people if they're gonna put up a fight.

Thats exactly what I have I know the whole powertrain is covered but these people are trying to weasel out of doing anything.

It got codes P0295 and P0106. The rep told me it was map sensor failure, im running the GH 3-bar map

Oh. Not sure what the deal is if they find non original parts/tune and want to make a fuss...

Is it doable to swap out the MAP and tune to stock and have it back to base, or are there other mods that won't let the car run right without tune?
