Put a center console in my 13 PI. But it seems like im missing a piece of trim.

It goes between the cubby hole above the shifter and the climate control.

It's just an open hole now.

Ideas? Thoughts? Part number?

Look lower. The O.P. has a CD slot too it appears.

The FCIM on the center console units come down farther to make up the gap before your flip up cubbie where your power port is.

It is so weird to see a column shift and key!
Oh snap, I didnt notice...awesome.
I drove an old Ford that had a manual column shift back in the day. 3 on the tree.
It was wild.

So, I need to find the trim for the radio and climate control out of a regular Taurus?

I already lost two pens into the abyss

The piece above the door the covers the power port included the climate and radio controls, the trim around the 8" screen and the 2 vents on either side IIRC. You will not be able to to change that piece. The Limited and SHO have the 8" screen and a different center layout. The base Taurus did not have the 8" screen and may have more compatible parts but I am not familiar with it.
IF the harness is the same you should be able to swap to the 8" screen, with the control panel, screen, and APIM from a 2013+ and some programming with forscan.

Kydex is pretty cheap and easily formed with a heat gun.
But if the piece is readily available and cost less it might not be worth the hassle.
