2010 Front bumper cover removal/replacement?

Hey guys, I haven't been around since my 94 SHO got T-boned by some idiot who ran a stop sign years ago.

Sadly I don't have an SHO anymore, but I did keep it in the family, and I'm driving a 2010 SEL these days. I was hoping somebody could slum it and give me some info on my front bumper. It's sagging about an inch, maybe more. I think it started when the underside got caught on a parking barrier about a year ago and has gotten really bad, to the point that it has cracked my grille.

I can't figure out where the problem is with the car assembled, but I don't want to go taking it apart without knowing where all the hidden clips and screws are. The plastic impact absorber has some play in it, and I suspect that might be the culprit, but I'm not sure.

Is there a teardown guide for the front bumper anywhere?

Let me tell you, I LOVED my 94. It was slower than my SEL, but it was so much fun to drive, and had options that a lot of cars a decade newer didn't have.
