Front parking lights and supplemental lights

I have read that this is something that the dealer has to program but have not got a definitive answer. My 13 with the light switch in the parking light position only the taillights come on. Locking or using the remote start the front parking lights flash but do not stay on. Which tells me the bulbs are good. Looked at the wiring and they are connected. I have ordered the service manual but they won't be here until next week. I'm due for an oil change and was going to try to get this done at the same time. But wanted confirmation on it being a program issue.

I do know before I upgraded my sync3 from 1 to 2.x when I would remote start the front lights (I don't remember if it was just parking lights or all lights) would come on, after the upgrade only the back lights are lit.

Rain finally slacked off enough for me to check fuses under dash. and it was fuse #30. Got oil changed at dealer and was asking my buddy about the sync or parameter being a possibility and he wasn't sure. thanks for the input.

Are you wanting the front parking/signal lights to function as DRLs? I was able to use Forscan to do that, at least on my 2014.

No they just were not coming on at all. But thanks anyway
