need a mechanic in the twin cities MN area to replace a cam seal

Hi, The guy who bought babe is
looking for someone who can do the rear cam seal on Babe. He's being told that they don't have the tool to work on such an old car..(bs) I suggested he look for a dif guy, ...Does Anyone know of or have a trusted guy in the twin cities area that you could refer?? Please help...like you always do..

Is he anywhere near Austin, MN? Possibly a guy there that could do it cheaper thatn most shops. Also if nearer Eden Prairie could check Courtney's Truck Service. Maybe still does work on SHO's, but probably cost a bit too.

Some of them will show good detail of the rear cam seal being replaced, and how to do it without the Ford special tool. If a shop looks it up in their repair manual. they will see it calls for a special tool that they do not have, and they will be scared off. Show a few shops the pictures, and see who is comfortable taking the job on.

I know this post is kind of old but if you need a good place to fix your sho Midwest motor sports in Sauk Rapids MN is a great shop they have worked on my sho and specialize in imports and although they are not the cheapest place their work is second to none. It's only about a hour north west of the cities
