I've got a nice 3.2 motor out of a running car with 130k on it, as well as a PCM that I believe is from a 92 car. Was planning to put it in a project car, but decided to go with a different type of engine.

Asking $800 for the motor and pcm, or best offer. Located in Daytona FL area.

This is an auto trans car engine with a manual computer to make the 3.2 into a manual setup. Not that uncommon.

Looks nice. I'd snag it if it wasn't on the complete opposite end of the contiguous US.

Here is a really good write up on doing exactly what you are looking for...

Looks like there are a few minor alterations needed, but nothing crazy. This swap is a running car, and the guy even noted how much better the car feels power wise over the 3.0.

Hello, I'm in west palm. I rebuilt a 3.2 recently and put in an 88 wagon, with a manual! Not trying to intrude but if you want to buy his motor and have it rebuilt, I have all the tools and knowledge to do it, including that sho tool kit you need. Want to see for yourself, I got pics, lot of them of the tear down and rebuild. Can pretty much still get every rebuild part you need except main bearings, in which you would have no choice but use the same. I have real good used ones if absolute necessary. Only thing, would also need a 3.0 motor complete to swap over 3.0 specific parts. I could come to you and help you if you have a place to do it, or I can in my garage, will take me approx a month to month and half since I have full time job and stuff to do.
