Sounds like that "guy" is guessing. Could be as simple as a pinched wire. You need someone who can effectively trouble shoot electrical problems. Dealer might be a good resource.

What kind of accident, which area of the vehicle was involved? Is the car operating normally otherwise? Did you pull codes? Any major auto chain store definitely can pull those for you (Advance, AutoZone, Pep Boys, OReilly's, etc.). Once codes are pulled, we should have a much better idea. It may simply be a matter of resetting those codes.

There are a bunch of sensors up in that area that could be affected. Very likely one or two were missed, and/or the system was not cleared of codes related to the affected parts prior to returning the car to you. Wheel speed sensors/ABS sensors feed into a lot of systems as well, so that'd be worth a look.

Codes ...

What do you mean by "all the dash lights are on"? Are you saying the Check Engine light, ABS, Traction Control, Charging System, etc. are all on any time the engine is running?

Does a System Check from the Driver Information Center come back stating everything is bad that would correspond to the lights?

Is "the Shop" the collision repair facility?
Was this an insurance repair job?

Your extremely "short on information" call for help is not serving you well at this point.

Without knowing the details, you should get the car out of there, even if you have to tow it.
Anyone can change everything and charge full fare, you don't have to look very hard to find a shop like that.
There is no such thing as a fault that takes out every sensor.
After your Einstein has replaced every sensor, the trouble lights will still be on.

Run away.

The OBD port to pull the data is underneath the driverside dash, if that's what you are looking for. ABS/traction control lights = wheel speed sensor. Did the airbag deploy? Maybe the faulty sensor did not get replaced. Can you get a list of the work they have done so far so we can look at it?

Agreed. Nor is there any reason to believe all the sensors are faulty , nor is there a single sensor fault that should light all dash indicators. I'd be starting with the circuit/function that lights all the dash indicators during "key on" testing. Maybe the power train control module is the culprit. Well thought out troubleshooting will lead to the problem without throwing parts at it.
