Do the LMS Downpipes fit on the 2010 SHO? On their website i can search by model of the car and year but the downpipes themselves say 2012+ Ford ecoboost SHO/MKS.

http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/products/2012%2b-Ford-EcoBoost-SHO{47}MKS-Livernois-Motorsports-Thunderstorm-Downpipes-(Catted{47}Off%2dRoad).html

Thanks,
Jason

Sorry Jason, I've been out of the office sick or else I would have chimed in earlier!

Our kits fit the 2010-2015 SHO/MKS. For website nav reasons some of the nav markers are funky, but you have the right part! Do you have our tune already?

Thank You,

Jaimie Tejeda

Actually have a set sitting here at home. They look great. Now need time to install them.

SITTING!?! I am the MOST impatient person in the world!
I order a part for one of my cars, install now!
I order a part for my 80MPH Traxxas Slash 4x4, install now!
I get a part for my 110G saltwater fishtank, GET THAT THING IN THERE NOW LOL

No Jaimie I did not buy the tune, I havent bought anything for the car yet i was putting together a list of parts with prices just to give myself an idea of what i would be throwing into the car. In my mind i would love to have the CAI, 3 BAR MAP sensor, TStat, Downpipes, Exhaust and the Tune. If theres anything else i should have in this list please feel free to add. Btw is there any word on light weight pulleys or aftermarket pulleys of some sort? And any feedback on running Methanol Injection?

Thanks,
Jason

I never thought about lightweight pulleys but you might save a little parasitic power loss here and there. Anyone have any scientific data on that topic?

I'd LOVE to get those downpipes but need to fill a few piggy banks first. Quite a bit of coin!

If you're going all out...meth injection, corsa cat back, stiffer springs, there is a new intercooler on the market for us now (no #'s on performance), adjustable front and rear sway bar end links, turbo upgrades out there...we just need fuel and drive train parts!!!!!

I upgraded my galant vr4 with a lightweight under drive pulley years ago.. It made a considerable difference in the throttle response. Keep in mind that it was a 285whp/300 lbft 2.0 liter so the caharactertics are way different than a v6. It made the turbo lag less noticeable from a stop. Not sure we saw a direct translation in the power/torque curves. I personally don't notice lag in the SHO, but I also drive a lot less aggressively now.

The EcoBoost platforms have a ton less lag just based on them being a recirc. turbo system. They were designed to be powerful down low...Mitsubishi's have always been famous for their laggy turbo systems.

I have a 2013 SHO and will be pulling my LMS downpipes (if weather cooperates). I also have a 3 bar map sensor available. You can email me [email protected] if interested.
